By road from the M4/M5 follow signs to the South West, at Exeter the M5 becomes the A38. After 20-30mins on the A38 leave at the junction signed:
A3121 exit towards Ermington/Modbury/Yealmpton/A379 turn left toward Loddiswell. When you reach the crossroads Take the B3196 (straight on) continue through Loddiswell and follow signs to Kingsbridge.
From Kingsbridge follow A379 toward Dartmouth. At Stokenham (the only mini roundabout on this stretch of road) turn left then follow the road around to the right. You will find us 300 yards on your right.
Nearest Railway station is at Totnes (30-40 mins by road)
