A beautiful open plan studio, furnished and fitted to the highest standard to self cater with a fully equipped kitchen with oven, grill, hob, fridge, microwave etc. There is a dining area, a lounge, a CD, TV and DVD Player.

All bed linen, towels, tea towels etc. are provided.

The lounge has a comfy leather sofa facing French doors that open out on to your own decked area. There is a King size bedstead, a fantastic tropical feel 'wet room' that has the latest digital electric power shower, under-floor heating, heated towel rail and mosaic tiled walls.

The south facing decked area has views out over Start Bay to the sea, sun loungers and a bistro table and chairs.

There is plenty of secure off-road parking in front of the property.
